This STARTER SET includes one light string with 70 low voltage LED lights, transformer and foot pedal to control light actions. These energy-efficient, long lasting LED bulbs feature 9 functions which operate by pressing the foot pedal: steady warm white; steady multicolor; fading warm white; fading multicolor; fading warm white to multicolor; flashing warm white; flashing multicolor; flashing warm white to multicolor, slow speed and fast speed. String can be lengthened by connecting ADD-ON strings, sold separately. Indoor or outdoor use.
