Silicone knives are crafted in Thiers, France by 13th generation knife maker Tarrerias-Bonjean. The Chef's knife is the most versatile blade shape. Its long and wider format allows to effortlessly handle a wide variety of jobs such as chopping, slicing and mincing fruits and vegetables, as well as meat and fish.
- Crafted from high quality tempered X46Cr13 stainless steel which provides excellent resistance against edge wear, rust and discoloration
- The blade is hardened to the sweet spot of 56HRC. It's hard enough to offer excellent resistance against edge wear and deformation, and soft enough to allow for easy re-sharpening.
- It's the perfect balance between the two and it also preserves the blade's forgiveness for outstanding toughness against chipping.
- Handle made of high quality silicone, which has been stabilized to withstand heat, detergents and impact for a long period of time
- The ergonomic silicone handle provides uncompromised control over the knife, even with wet hands and offers great comfort to reduce effort during cutting motions
