- Grass Type: Tall Fescues, Kentucky Bluegrass, and Perennial Ryegrass
- Light Requirements: Full sun to partial shade (4 – 8 hours of sun)
- Fast establishment in newly seeded lawns and fills in bare spots quickly in thin lawns (germinates is 14 days)
- Roots grow up to 4 inches deep for excellent tolerance from heat and droughts as well as disease resistance
