Set includes 10" fry pan, 2-quart covered sauce pan, 3-quart covered sauté pan and 8-quart covered stock pot. Stainless steel exterior layer with a band of copper for accent. The pan has a copper core surrounded by two layers of aluminum and a stainless steel cooking surface. Polished stainless steel handles stay cool during cooking and are secured with sturdy, non-corrosive rivets. Stainless steel lid fits flush to pan so you can seal in the food's flavor. Hand washing is recommended.
